Gavin Levinson is a dedicated mortgage loan officer in Virginia Beach, VA, with years of experience delivering smooth, efficient, and client-first home financing solutions. He began his career in the mortgage industry while in college and quickly developed a passion for helping clients navigate the home loan process from start to finish.
As the first graduate of the TowneBank Mortgage Management Development Program, Gavin brings a well-rounded understanding of mortgage lending, including underwriting, processing, and closing-ensuring a seamless experience for every borrower.
He holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Old Dominion University and is part of the Virginia Mortgage Bankers Association Future Leaders Program (Class of 2026).
Gavin is committed to providing personalized guidance on conventional loans, FHA loans, VA loans, and refinancing, always prioritizing clear communication and efficiency. Active in the Hampton Roads community, he supports Habitat for Humanity, Boys & Girls Club, and United Way.
