Charlie Shelton is a Mortgage Loan Officer with TowneBank Mortgage, primarily serving Winston‑Salem, Greensboro, and the surrounding Triad communities. Charlie has deep roots in Winston‑Salem, where he grew up and graduated from Mount Tabor High School.
Charlie earned two accounting degrees from Appalachian State University and began his career working in a variety of tax and accounting roles. His strong financial background allows him to help clients navigate even the most complex mortgage scenarios with clarity and confidence. Charlie works with homebuyers purchasing primary residences, second homes, and investment properties.
Charlie is committed to providing a smooth, transparent, and personalized mortgage experience. He takes pride in helping clients understand their mortgage options and guiding them toward home financing solutions that support their long‑term financial goals.
Outside of work, Charlie enjoys playing disc golf, attending live concerts, cooking, and spending time with family.
