Kelly is a Raleigh native and has been a loan officer in Wake and Johnston counties since 1994.  He has seen the tremendous growth of the area and has been fortunate enough to assist in financing much of that residential real estate growth. 

With a degree in Business Management from NC State University, Kelly’s strength is taking care of the client from pre-qualification through post closing and providing outstanding customer service.  Conventional, FHA, Jumbo, VA and USDA loans have always been a part of his business and he excels at getting the right loan to fit his individual customer’s needs.  All processing, underwriting and closing are all done in-house which provides for a smooth loan process and end transaction. And, meeting the closing date is Towne’s #1 priority!!
