Upon submission to Towne Mortgage of the Carolinas, a qualified member of our staff will contact you promptly to complete a loan application. This tool requests the information that will be necessary to process your loan. Contact one of our loan officers if you have any questions about what to fill out.
For your security, your session will end after 20 minutes of inactivity. Therefore, we suggest collecting in advance the following information as it will be needed to complete this application form:
- legal names
- social security numbers
- date of birth for all borrowers on the loan
- email/home phone/and cell phone
- gross (before taxes) income amount
- current address and prior address if less than two years at current
- total monthly payments on all other debts, such as alimony, child support
- name of current or past employers, position, and length of employment for most recent two years (if applicable)
